The Challenge
The Metropolitan Museum of Art wanted to reimagine how it delivers learning experiences to a global audience. Existing online tools were fragmented, difficult to scale, and didn’t fully reflect the museum’s rich cultural resources. They needed a fresh digital approach to engage learners of all ages and backgrounds.
My Role
As Freelance Product Manager with Siberia, I:
Defined product roadmaps and aligned them with The Met’s education and digital teams
Facilitated workshops and concept sprints to explore learning needs and opportunities
Partnered with design and engineering to create clear product requirements
Balanced quick prototype delivery with long-term scalability
